• Delivery Time: Instant or within 1 hour after payment confirmation.
• Cost: Free (No shipping fee for digital delivery).

2. Luggage Delivery Service (Physical Service)

• Service Flow: Drop-off at Incheon International Airport (ICN) → Delivery to Hotel/Address.
• Delivery Time: Same-day delivery (Within 24 hours of drop-off).
• Service Area: All areas of Seoul and selected metropolitan regions.

3. Processing & Important Notes

Customers must provide accurate delivery details (Hotel name, address). Opera Global is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
