Cancellation & Refund Policy
Overview: At Opera eSIM, we provide digital products and travel services. Due to the nature of our products, the following refund rules apply.
1. eSIM (Digital Product)
- Non-Refundable: Once the QR code and activation link have been delivered to your email, returns and refunds are not possible under any circumstances, as the product is considered "used" upon delivery.
- Exception: A refund may be granted only if a technical defect in the eSIM itself is proven through our technical support team.
2. Luggage Delivery (Service)
- No Physical Returns: As this is a professional service, physical "returns" of the service are not applicable.
- Full Refund (100%): Cancellation is possible and a 100% refund will be issued if requested up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled service date.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 3 days of the service date, or "no-shows" at the airport, are strictly non-refundable.
